You can order online or by telephone. For phone orders call 0845 521 0845. Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm.
Delivery to hospitals
Please check in advance before ordering flowers for delivery to a hospital, to make sure the hospital allows such deliveries (some don't).
Postal Bouquet Deliveries
Next day delivery does not apply to PostalBouquets.
The exact day of delivery for PostalBouquets cannot be guaranteed, but will be within 2 working days of your specified delivery day. PostalBouquets are delivered by 1st class post.
Deliveries are from Monday to Saturday.
Remote locations such as the Hebrides or Isle of Man may have different lead times.
To place your order
The first time you visit, create an account. Thereafter we'll always have your details ready for you whenever you arrive, it simply makes it easier for you.
- Select a bouquet.
- Select 'add to basket' or telephone our Customer Services team on 0845 521 0845.
- Enter delivery details and any personal message you wish to accompany the delivery.
- Enter preferred delivery date.
- Enter your details for billing purposes.
Payment
Enter Promotion Code if applicable (Gift Vouchers etc).

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us. Your personal details will never be released to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes.

In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment.
